Is Airport Transfer Koblenz a taxi?
No. We are a private hire service with driver (not a taxi) and therefore an affordable taxi alternative in Koblenz. Rides are available by prior booking only — always at a guaranteed fixed price.
How do I book an airport transfer in Koblenz?

How much does an airport transfer from Koblenz cost?
Our fixed prices from Koblenz for 1–3 passengers (Economy): Frankfurt-Hahn (HHN) €140, Cologne/Bonn (CGN) €170, Frankfurt (FRA) €180, Düsseldorf (DUS) €250. Business Class (up to 4 passengers) and the Business Van (up to 8) are listed on the prices page. For any other destination the booking form calculates the fixed price instantly.
Are there surcharges for night, weekend or holiday rides?
No. Our fixed price applies around the clock — at night, on weekends and on public holidays.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight in real time and adjust the pickup automatically. After landing, we wait for you free of charge for up to 30 minutes.
How do I pay for my ride?
You conveniently pay the driver directly in cash. Feel free to ask about other payment options when booking.
Do you also drive from the airports back to Koblenz?
Yes, all transfers are available in both directions at the same fixed price — from Koblenz to the airport and from the airport back to Koblenz or the surrounding area.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. You can add a child seat or booster seat for a small extra charge right in the booking form. Please let us know the age or height of your child.
Which vehicles do you use?
We drive in three classes: Economy for up to 3 passengers, Business Class in a Mercedes E-Class for up to 4 passengers and the Business Van for up to 8 passengers with luggage — all well maintained and air-conditioned.
Do you offer other rides besides airport transfers?
Yes. In addition to airport transfers, we offer city rides in and around Koblenz as well as reliable medical transport (e.g. to doctor’s appointments).
How late can I book?
The earlier you book, the better. Short-notice rides are often possible depending on availability — just call us or send a WhatsApp message.
Which areas do you pick up from?
We pick you up anywhere in Koblenz and the surrounding region — including Lahnstein, Vallendar, Bendorf, Mülheim-Kärlich, Weißenthurm, Andernach, Neuwied and the Rhine-Moselle area. Just enter your address in the booking form.
